In the deep snow this added horsepower and weight loss gets you up on the snow quicker and allows you to climb higher and boondock better
A lot of time and effort has gone into developing this ceramic coated pipe for optimum horsepower, running consistency, and reliability. SLP found that it was necessary to add a small heat shield to the pipe that is about half the size of the stock heat shield. This heat shield was needed to bring the pipe temperature up quickly for maximum running consistency
SLP tested and passed SAE J-2567 stationary sound test below 88 decibels

This pipe set will require additional fueling and SLP recommends the use of a DynoJet Power Commander V or PCFC Fuel Controller with SLP map
