For the most part, all shipping is handled by FedEx. We take seriously the cost of shipping and constantly strive to modify our shipping tables to benefit our customers. All shipping costs are based on total purchase price per shopping experience. We sometimes will ship United States Postal Service (USPS), without notice.
For international customers FedEx is the shipping method of choice. All shipping charges are estimated. Actual shipping charges may vary. We will never charge more for shipping costs listed on your order without gaining your approval first.
To ensure receipt of all Happy Trail's email related to your order, please add @happy-trail.com to your safe senders list.
If your order is shipped via FedEx you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number directly. FedEx shipping time is from 2-7 business days depending on how far you live from our store in Boise, Idaho. Once your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number by e-mail, you can track your order.
International order tracking can also be done using the tracking number which you will recieve via e-mail when your order ships.

We are currently only shipping Internationally to Canada. Australia and New Zealand.
Funds for online orders are typically captured in their entirety within 24 hours. You will be notified by email or phone if your method of payment is declined.
Our normal shipping and handling for in-stock items is 2-3 business days. Add the actual shipping time for the product to arrive at your shipping destination. If any part of your order is out-of-stock or being custom built for you we will contact you via email or phone within 3 business days. Our standard practice is to send a partial order if part of the order is ready to ship.
During our busy season we do become back-ordered and do not always have inventory in stock. We try our best to get our products to you in a timely manner and appreciate your patience in waiting for our quality American-made products. Orders that include items from other manufactures may have longer processing time if those items are not in stock.
