The rear master cylinder on the KLR650 is vulnerable when unguarded. A fall on the right side can easily break the black plastic fitting leaving you without the use of a rear brake. This guard will give you confidence when far from pavement.

    Lyle,

    We have never had any instructions for the Rear Master Cylinder Guard. I will get it on a list to make a set up.

    It is pretty straight forward in removing the two existing and installing the guard then tightening the bolts.

    The center to center of the bolt holes is 1.92" (48.83mm).
