Happy Trails SU Rack Husqvarna TR650 Terra

The SU (Structurally Unique) Rack is designed for use with soft or fixed luggage of any type and is the mainstay of the Happy Trails aluminum pannier system. Racks for this bike incorporate our fifth generation design built around a plate mounting system. 

The plate system avoids several known issues associated with tubular mounting arms and provides mounting holes with an exacting tolerance of  ??0.010", ensured through computer numerical control (CNC) cutting machines. In modern CNC systems, end-to-end component design is highly automated using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) programs.
