Happy Trails custom pannier wraps are made specifically for each customer based on the design submitted through our Wrap Designer. Because each wrap is individually produced, printed, and fitted for a specific pannier, the following terms apply to all custom wrap orders.

Custom Product / Final Sale

Custom wraps are made to order and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted because of a change of mind, color preference, design preference, image selection, placement, scaling, cropping, or other choices that were part of the customer-approved design.

If Happy Trails makes an error in production, prints the wrong design or size, or the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, we will work with you to correct the issue.

On-Screen Preview & Printed Color

The Wrap Designer is intended to provide a visual representation of the finished product. It is not a color-calibrated proof or a guarantee of an exact final appearance.

Colors can appear differently on phones, tablets, computer monitors, and other displays. Printed vinyl can also vary somewhat due to printer settings, inks, materials, laminate, lighting, and normal production variation.

Exact color matching between your screen and the finished printed wrap is not guaranteed. Reasonable color variation is not considered a defect.

Design Placement, Cropping & Alignment

The finished wrap is applied to a three-dimensional pannier with bends, seams, angled surfaces, cutouts, and other physical features. Because of this, the finished appearance may vary slightly from the flat on-screen preview.

Minor differences may occur in:

• Artwork position or alignment
• Image scaling or cropping
• Transitions between adjacent panels
• Artwork crossing bends, seams, or panel edges
• Trim location
• Wraparound areas
• Alignment around Canyon Cuts, Side Canyon bends, Clif Cuts, hardware, and other pannier features

Artwork that crosses multiple surfaces may not appear perfectly aligned from every viewing angle because the panels physically face different directions.

Reasonable printing, trimming, positioning, and installation variation is not considered a defect.

Customer Design Approval

By saving and submitting a wrap design, you are approving the design for production.

Please carefully review:

• Spelling
• Logos
• Images
• Artwork orientation
• Image quality
• Placement
• Scale
• Cropping
• Colors
• Overall layout

Happy Trails is not responsible for errors or design choices that were present in the customer-approved design.

Once production has begun, custom wrap orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied.

Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, pixelated, or otherwise low-quality images may reproduce with those same limitations, particularly when enlarged.

Happy Trails does not guarantee that customer-supplied artwork will remain sharp or detailed when enlarged beyond its original resolution.

Copyrights, Trademarks & Artwork Rights

By uploading or submitting artwork, photographs, logos, trademarks, or other graphics, you represent that you have the legal right or permission to reproduce and use that material.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for copyrighted or trademarked content you provide.

Installation & Surface Condition

Proper surface preparation and installation are important to the appearance and durability of the wrap.

Adhesion can be affected by factors including:

• Dirt, grease, oil, or wax
• Surface coatings or treatments
• Oxidation
• Damaged or deteriorated finishes
• Previous adhesive residue
• Repainted or improperly prepared surfaces
• Scratches, dents, or other surface damage

Happy Trails is not responsible for installation problems caused by improper surface preparation or customer installation.

Wrinkles, bubbles, cuts, stretching, misalignment, edge lifting, or other damage resulting from customer installation are not manufacturing defects.

Customer-Installed Replacement Wraps

If you purchase a replacement or reprint wrap, the replacement is supplied as printed wrap material unless installation is specifically included.

You may install and trim the replacement wrap yourself using our installation instructions and video.

If you would prefer Happy Trails to install the replacement wrap, you may ship the pannier to us for installation.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from Happy Trails. We can provide prepaid shipping labels using our shipping account and charge you the actual cost of those labels.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging panniers sent to Happy Trails. Happy Trails is not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

Reprints vs. Manufacturing Errors

A reprint is required when a customer wants to change something after production, including:

• Different colors
• Different artwork
• Different image placement
• Different cropping or scaling
• A revised design
• Replacement due to customer installation damage

These situations are not considered warranty claims.

If Happy Trails prints the wrong artwork, uses the wrong dimensions, produces the wrong orientation, or there is a verified printing or material defect, we will correct the problem at our expense.

Normal Wear & Environmental Exposure

Motorcycle pannier wraps are exposed to outdoor conditions and normal vehicle use.

Normal wear may include fading, scratching, scuffing, edge wear, abrasion, or other cosmetic deterioration caused by factors such as:

• Sun and UV exposure
• Road debris
• Luggage contact
• Washing or pressure washing
• Fuel, cleaners, chemicals, or solvents
• Dirt and mud
• Impacts or crashes
• General use and abrasion

Normal wear and damage caused by external conditions are not manufacturing defects.

Wrap Removal

Vinyl wraps are designed to be removable, but Happy Trails cannot guarantee that removal will never affect the underlying surface.

Paint, powder coating, decals, or other finishes that are aged, damaged, improperly applied, poorly bonded, or previously repaired may be affected during removal.

By purchasing a custom wrap and submitting a design for production, you acknowledge that:
