The new HTP Elite Tail Plate Mount System for 1987-2018 KLRs was designed to reduce weight while increasing strength by replacing the heavy cast metal OEM tail rack with lightweight yet strong aluminum plates. This system is designed to run independently or integrate with our SU and SL racks.

Tim Says: This tail plate was born from customers who have broken their cast OEM rack, leaving them potentially stranded in the back country. Believe me because it happened to me and that is why we designed this system.

Included: T2 Top Plate Measures 17 1/2" wide x 13" front to back, 2 side plates, 2 turn signal relo tabs, bolt kit, and installation instructions
