Happy Trails highway peg.
Note: These are universal highway pegs and will not necessarily line up with existing holes on your bike, requiring 2 holes to be drilled in the skid plate. Mounting bolts are included.

These highway pegs are made from one-inch lightweight steel base tube. They are designed to fit to the front of the Adventure MotoStuff Skid Plate or the Happy Trails Skid Plates.
Compatible With:
- DR650SE 1996+
- Suzuki DL650
- Suzuki DL1000 (Early Models)
- BMW F650GS Single/Dakar
- BMW G650GS/Sertao
The pegs come with mounting hardware and may require drilling. Color is black powder coat.
Dimensions: The bar is 17" long, then a 1" per side joint/hinge, and the total length with pegs extended is 26".
There are 2 sets of holes that are predrilled in the tube; 2.5" cc & 4" cc (+ or -)
Replacement Pegs:
The easiest way to identify what replacement peg you need is to look at how the peg is attached to the foot peg bar. If a 6mm attaches the peg through a clevis the EG3 Replacement Foot Pegs is what you need. If the peg has a 10MM bolt attaching it to a tab on the foot peg bar it would be the EG4 Replacement Foot Pegs.

I am looking for a skid plate and highway pegs for a new 2015 V-STom 650 XT. This bike will come with the factory crash bars and I need a skid plate and highway pegs that will be compatible with them. Ken,
We don't know the specs on that skid plate. Most likely you will have to drill to make them work. Our suggestion is a min of 3/16 skid plate material and a flat surface.
Care must be taken so they will not interfrer with cornering of the bike also.

We offer them for our skid plate which is .188 (3/16) thick and I believe the Givi is made out a much lighter material. Othere than that it should work.

The are 2 sets of holes that are approximately 4" & 2.5" center to center. This means that spacing between the holes is this dimension.
We don't offer a non drilled version.
We can drill holes on a completed peg, the charge that shop charges us is $25.00.

We mount to our skid plate and other skid plates that are 3/16" thick. The surface needs to be flat.
If you have the integrity of strength and a flat surface you are good.
If the skid plate is a riveted and pop can thickness I would pass.

They will bolt up to the skid plate, this might require drilling new holes.
The BEWARE issue is that you mount them in a way that you will not drag them in a corner.
They are universal so you need to make sure they are mounted in such a way they will not have an adverse effect on you.
