Kouba Links<br> BMW G650GS - F650GS Single F650GS Dakar

$156.95
SKU
KOUF650i-x.x (INJECTED MODEL; "i")

There are three Kouba Links for the BMW G650GS-F650GS-Dakar.

  1. Stock height replacement links
  2. 1" lowering links
  3. 2" lowering links (recommended for Dakar model only)

Your links come with grease fittings, and OEM size bearings and seals.

Notes: Kouba only recommends the 2" lowering links for the Dakar models & lighter non-aggressive riders as the 2" links allow the tire to rub when the rear is near bottoming. The 1" lowering links work fine on the factory lowered F650GS & G650GS single cylinder models. They will not work on the linkless rear suspension on the 09-up F650GS twin.

  • Hi - am buying for a 2014 G650GS. Our local Canadian distributor has some links listed but only list it as a fit to 2012. Can you please confirm the part number I'll require.
Question by: Ian on 2018-12-14 02:46:00

I don't have any idea what the other side of the question is. I know what we sell works. Buy from us and we will make sure it is right.

  • Hi,I just purchased a 2007 F650GS (single cylinder) and feel the seat is low for my liking. When measured with a tape, seat-top to ground was about 30 inches. When I sit on the bike, it sinks further. Also, with my feet on the pegs, the knees get really up close to the tank. I wonder if there's a visual way to confirm whether this bike is a 'factory lowered' one? How could it be restored to 'stock height'?Thank you,
Question by: JKASingh on 2017-10-06 01:09:00

For that information I would check the serial number with a BMW Dealer.

THe part you are referring to is for a different bike than yours, they will not work. There are no links for your bike.

Both links (the 1.0 & the 2.0) will fit but we only recommend the F650i-1.0 link set for the factory lowered G650GS models

Answer by: Tim on 2016-10-18 18:38:00
