Tim and Sherry Bernard are the founders of Happy Trails Motorcycle Products. They established the business in Boise, Idaho, in 1991 when Tim and his riding buddies could not find affordable and well-manufactured racks for their dual sport motorcycles. Tim went into his shop and designed the very first rack.

Happy Trails Motorcycle Products specializes in manufacturing the finest custom engineered luggage systems and products designed to enhance the use, safety and enjoyment of dual sport and adventure touring motorcycles. Our tubular custom side racks, aluminum panniers, tail racks, engine guards and highway pegs are mandrel bent and aircraft quality TIG or MIG welded. All of our aluminum and steel products use powder coat paint or are anodized. All Happy Trails products our made by skilled craftsmen in our shop.
