safe senders list. If an e-mail sent to you comes back as blocked and asks us to apply for approval, the email will be considered as lost. No further action will be taken on our part.
Our normal shipping and handling process for in-stock items is 2-3 business days.
Added to this is the actual shipping time for the product to arrive at your
shipping destination. If your order or part of your order is out of stock or being
custom built for you we will contact you via email or phone e-mail confirming this. We make every attempt to update you on status changes but our main concern is getting your product out the door
and on its way.
The actual products may vary slightly from what is pictured on the website due to
our constant updating of products. We manufacture Happy Trails (TM) merchandise
here in Boise, Idaho. During our busy season we do become backordered and it is
difficult to keep inventory in stock. We try our best to get our products to you in a timely manner and appreciate your patience in waiting for these quality American-made products.
GIVI orders are sometimes drop shipped, please allow a little longer processing time for these orders.
Gerbing orders can take 2-7 business days for normally stocked items but certain
products are made to order and will take between 3-6 weeks.
FirstGear, Gericke, and Fieldsheer items are usually in-stock and take the normal processing time.
If your order is shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) you should receive an e-mail with a
tracking number directly from UPS’s QuantumView e-mail notification center. UPS shipping time takes from 2-7 business days depending on how far you live from
our store in Boise, Idaho. If you need information about your order before it is shipped please
call us. Your order will show "in process" on the website. No further information will be available on the website. After your order has shipped and you have received your tracking number by e-mail, you can track your order from
www.ups.com. Canadian orders are shipped via
United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be tracked at
