Returns and
Return Authorizations

  • All products manufactured by and bought from Happy Trails Motorcycle Products can be returned for 100% credit toward the purchase of new products.

  • In the event you would prefer a refund, a restocking fee of up to 25% will ensure we can continue to offer you quality products at a reasonable price.

  • No returns can be accepted on special orders.

  • No returns will be accepted on products not manufactured by Happy Trails Products.

  • All return shipping is paid for by the customer. Items returned must be returned with a copy of the original sales receipt, in original packaging, and must be saleable as new.

  • Returns must be pre-authorized and approved via Happy Trails within 30 days of the shipping date.

  • Return process for orders placed online:

    1. Visit your account from our homepage;

    2. In Order History find the order containing the part you wish to return by selecting "details"

    3. Tick the box next to the item you wish to return and fill out the return request form.

  • Return process for phone order items: For orders placed via the phone or questions please write returns@happy-trail.com.

  • Incorrect Item Shipments: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge. Please email orders@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. Please email orders@happy-trail.com for assistance.

  • All returns must have the return authorization number written on the outside of box. Returns should be mailed to:
