Happy Trails is the only company making a skid plate highway peg combo for the F650 Funduro. The skid (or "bash") plate is made of 3/16th inch aluminum and is form-fitted to the bike. This provides the smoothness needed to prevent objects from catching on the undercarriage. The highway pegs are made from a one-inch light-weight steel base tube. This give riders more choices in riding positions and provides protection for the engine side cases.
