  • Inner dimension: the same, less the width of the aluminum (.080")
  • Box opening dimension: 12.5" x 20.5" (there's a 3/4" lip around the opening)

Finish:  

Powder Coat: We recommend powder coat painting to protect your cargo from the black residue produced by unfinished aluminum. It also gives your pannier a quality, finished look.

Matched Key Lid Locks: Allows you to have a single key for aluminum panniers and/or aluminum tailbox (any number of boxes) as long as they are ordered at the same time. Does not replace cam latches which provide the dust and water proof seal that makes our boxes famous. See photo.
