Note: Our pannier kits are not compatible with the SW MOTECH bolt-on side stand
without modification. The bike is tall so the sidestand needs to be long. When
retracted, the sidestand contacts the bottom of the pannier. It might be possible
to place a weld onto the return stop of the side stand, thus not allowing the
side stand to return as far as contacting the pannier. We have not tried this nor
can we vouch for it being a reasonable modification.
Comparing our panniers?
Here's an
easy formula. Owyhee Panniers are 2" less in length and 1" smaller in height
than our Teton series. Construction of the two systems is identical. Owyhee
panniers are priced higher because they cost more to make; our Teton series is
produced in greater volume which brings the cost down.
