The 128MV has a 12 V output port, a 7 V output port (for our 7 V CORE Heat Outdoor Products), and even a 5 V USB port for charging or powering selected items like cell phones and MP3 players. The 128MV Battery Kit comes complete with battery, wall charger, and even its own belt pouch for easy portability. And the battery sports its own built-in controller, so you can adjust the heat settings on the 12 V and 7 V output ports.

The 128MV Battery is rechargeable for hundreds and hundreds of cycles. The duration of heat will depend on what product is being powered and at what heat setting.

Run times for the 128MV are listed in the chart above. The listed duration time for the 128MV battery will power these products with a continuous draw. Remember that battery capacity decreases in very cold weather, especially if the battery is not insulated and is left exposed to the elements. At less than 32 degrees Fahrenheit a battery may only produce 80% of its capacity.

WARNING: It is important that you charge your battery regularly and that you maintain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery. In the case of Gerbing's 128MV and 128FP batteries, that would be a maximum discharge rate of 8amps. Lithium-polymer battery packs can be recharged at state of discharge, without memory effect.
