The new Cascade Pannier Kit for your BMW GS is designed as a great alternative to the Teton when you want greater capacity without extra width. The 7.5" Cascade creates more volume (38.5L) with increased height, not width. By comparison, the Teton 7.5" gives you 33L, the Teton 9" gives you 38L.

Kit includes:

  • Two 7.5" wide Cascade Panniers
  • SU Rack System

  • Mounting hardware

The G650GS-F650GS Single & F650GS Dakar SU rack has our new Point1 pressed insert design. This adds to the ease and functionality you’ve come to expect from our pannier systems. Details HERE.

Pannier kit does not include a tail rack or top box mounting plate.

Note: Cascade panniers cannot be used on a lowered G650GS Single, F650GS Single or F650GS Dakar.

Your pannier kit includes: Free powder coating, Free premount and Free lid locks, a value of $166. Make your selections below.


Powder Coat: We recommend powder coat painting to protect your cargo from the black residue produced by unfinished aluminum. It also gives your pannier a quality, finished look.

Pre-mount: We will drill the four holes for the pannier puck mount system in Happy Trails' "neutral" mounting position, suitable for solo or two-up riding (rider and passenger). Note that if you select "no pre-mount" your panniers will be a special order and will take about two weeks longer.

Matched Key Lid Locks allow you to have a single key for aluminum panniers and/or aluminum tailbox (any number of boxes) as long as they are ordered at the same time. Does not replace cam latches, which provide the dust and water proof seal that makes our boxes famous. See photo.

Lid Racks: Four footman loops come standard on each lid. If you plan to carry larger items on your pannier lids, our lid racks offer additional tie down positions. See Photo .
