This Denali Pannier Kit for your F650GS/F800GS includes everything you need for a great luggage system.

Kit includes:

  • Two 7.5” Denali Panniers with left-side Clif Cut
  • SU Rack system
  • Mounting hardware

The F650/F800GS Twin SU rack has our new Point1 pressed insert design. This adds to the ease and functionality you’ve come to expect from our pannier systems. Details HERE.

Pannier kit does not include the Top Plate or Top Box shown in the photos. Yellow decals also not included.


This bike has asymmetrical SU racks. Measured from center, the right side is 11", the exhasut side is 12.25". This bike's geometry is perfect for our exclusive Clif Cut design. This 1.5" exhaust cut-out is used for bikes with wide protruding pipes to create a more symmetrical weight distribution when panniers are mounted and loaded.

The Denali is Tim's pick for this bike - the volume is high and the narrow width looks good on the bike.

Warning: The Denali Pannier Kit must not be used on any lowered F650 Twin model because with aggressive riding the panniers can touch. Use the Teton Pannier Kit.

SU RACK INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

Your pannier kit includes: Free powder coating, Free premount and Free lid locks, a value of $166. Make your selections below.


Powder Coat: We recommend powder coat painting to protect your cargo from the black residue produced by unfinished aluminum. It also gives your pannier a quality, finished look.

Pre-mount: We will drill the four holes for the pannier puck mount system in Happy Trails' "neutral" mounting position, suitable for solo or two-up riding (rider and passenger). Note that if you select "no pre-mount" your panniers will be a special order and will take about two weeks longer.

Matched Key Lid Locks allow you to have a single key for aluminum panniers and/or aluminum tailbox (any number of boxes) as long as they are ordered at the same time. Does not replace cam latches, which provide the dust and water proof seal that makes our boxes famous. See photo.

Lid Racks: Four footman loops come standard on each lid. If you plan to carry larger items on your pannier lids, our lid racks offer additional tie down positions. See Photo .
